My 2020 DRZ400
Here is a photo just a few hours after buying my DRZ400.
I drove straight to the mountains and met up with the NOMAC motorcycle club for some break in trail riding.
I have made quite a few changes since I got it. I use the DRZ 97% on dirt roads and mountain trails.
It's a great bike but it does not handle the best on the mountain trails. It seems to push the front tire out from under you in the corners. I have upgraded tires and tried different tire pressure and still no luck getting the tire to stick in the corners. Still a work in progress
Below are some photos of the bike and the transformation into a more useful bike for me.
I will soon be adding information and photos of rides I have been on.
The photos above are of the bike stock. The large photo I have removed the mirrors and built a custom mini mirror that does not get hung up in the tree branches but keeps me street legal. I also cut the lever ends off so if I fall over they are less likely to get bent or broke. I also removed the front fender reflector bracket that I later repurpose for added driving lights.
More photos and upgrades to come soon

What a beautiful day for a ride. Around 67 miles off pavement ride today. To top it off I cooked an AWESOME steak over the fire for dinner when I was done.
I am looking forward to more great rides this year and maybe even some motorcycle camping. Can't wait to get out there again.
